The Shifting Coalition for Land-Use and Transport Policy Reform in the United States

Municipal planning and politics in the United States has seen the emergence of a “pro-housing” coalition, alongside the traditional pro-growth, anti-growth, and social-justice coalitions that have traditionally dominated the municipal scene.
