Urban Prototype: The proposal increases the density of the neighborhood as more neighborhoods are urbanizing while maintaining flexibility through the subscribable method. The scenarios and unit types provide business and residential opportunities to the site bringing in housing, and business suitable for becoming a complete urban unit meant to sustain itself. Subscribable spaces: The aim of the subscribable spaces is to allow for more affordability to community members looking for a place to live, set up a business, and work. – Collective housing: the second and third floors contain collective housing to increase density within the proposal.
