Motion picture media is a deeply layered product of so many carefully considered mediums and elements. Color, sound, composition, narrative, performance, design, coordination, technical visual engineering, political, environmental, cultural and social contexts. The Kerrytown film stock exists, necessarily so, as the machine for delivery of a deeply complex artistic product. But to consume the artistic product is not the same as knowing the artistic product.
