As the Chief of Staff, Ann works with the dean, leadership team, and faculty on issues related to administration, faculty governance, human resources, and organizational strategy and planning. With almost 20 years of experience at the University of Michigan, Ann has worked in a variety of positions including event planning (Rackham Graduate School), alumni outreach and engagement (Alumni Association), non-degree and degree program management (Ross School of Business), and faculty affairs (School of Nursing). She received her Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and her Master of Higher Education Administration, both at the University of Michigan.

As the Human Resources Officer, Qiana London maintains and enhances the college's human resources strategy by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Prior to joining the University of Michigan, Qiana's work experience included operations management and benefits administration. Qiana received her Bachelor and Masters of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
