This studio module will explore working methods in which design ideas migrate iteratively between two-dimensional and three-dimensional space, and opportunities for design development with each iteration. Rather than simple faithful documentations, each translation will take advantage of its new “language” in order to advance design ideas. Though intended primarily for students considering a design-related career, it is open to students from any discipline wishing to improve their visual and spatial literacy.
