Foundations of Sustainable Food Systems

This course teaches about food systems through interdisciplinary, experiential and peer-based learning. In addition to applying systems thinking students in the URP 527 section will focus on the unique perspectives urban and regional planners bring to understanding and addressing food systems problems.

Note: This course is pre-approved as a MUD Directed Elective in the Ecology, Landscape, and Sustainability category.
