Gabriel Schuchman

Gabriel Schuchman is the chief executive officer at Alrig USA Development in Bingham Farms, MI, as well as a principal at Mid-America Michigan. He is an adjunct professor at Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning. Mr. Schuchman oversees the site selection, construction and development of over 60 new ground up development projects per year and 500 over the course of his career. His company specializes in development, construction, and land development with an emphasis on ground up development of car wash and retail / medical developments. Additionally, he oversees the leasing and acquisition of a 2,000,000 square foot medical, office and retail portfolio. Mr. Schuchman has served in his current role with Alrig USA Development for 15 years, and with Mid-America Michigan for 15 years. In addition to his passion for work  he served as Board President of Hillel Day School of Metro Detroit. Mr. Schuchman holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
