Wonwoo Lee
Wonwoo Lee is an adjunct practice instructor in urban and regional planning. He specializes in commercial real estate and city planning. He serves as Chief Real Estate Officer for Oxford Companies, a full-scale real estate services group managing over $500MM in assets in greater Ann Arbor region. He also serves as the Chairperson of the City of Ann Arbor’s Planning Commission, reviewing and applying the unified development code to approving development proposals in Ann Arbor.
Wonwoo was named to Crain’s Detroit’s Forty under Forty 2023 for his achievements in the southeastern Michigan business community. He is also in the Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame for Midwest REJournals for having completed more than half a billion dollars in real estate transactions in commercial leasing and investment sales. He has also been named CoStar’s Power Broker award for top office leasing broker in the Detroit region in 2020-2021, and also won Q2 largest transactions in 2024.
Wonwoo holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Urban Planning from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, from LS&A and Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning, respectively. He additionally holds the Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Michigan, and holds an Executive Education Certificate in Negotiations from Harvard Business School.
