Manchanda publishes papers on energy efficient design, sustainable design’s health impact
Lecturer Shweta Manchanda co-authored a paper titled, “Energy efficient design and occupant well-being: Case studies in the UK and India,” published in Building and Environment, Feb. 2010. Using case studies in diverse climatic and cultural settings, the paper demonstrates key outcomes in the relationship between sustainable-building design and occupant comfort and health. She is writing a book chapter titled, “Comfort control and the creation of Well-being” for an edited book Sustainable Architectural Design: Impacts on Health.
