Assistant Professor Ghosn discusses nuclear energy in the post-Fukushima landscape at Columbia University
Assistant Professor of Architecture Rania Ghosn spoke at Columbia University’s fifth Underdome Session, “How do I learn to stop worrying and love nuclear energy?” on October 10, 2011. The panel discussion was designed to bring designers and commentators together to question nuclear energy in the post-Fukushima environmental and political landscape. The Underdome Sessions are part of an ongoing project at the Urban Landscape Lab of Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation that maps contending models of energy to explore their impact on public life. Other speakers included Christopher Marcinkoski of PennDesign and Matthew Wald of The New York Times.
