Taubman College Faculty among ACSA 2019 Architectural Education Award Winners

Taubman College faculty members are among the winners of the 2019 Architectural Education Awards presented by the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture. Associate Professor María Arquero de Alarcón and Assistant Professor Ana Paula Pimentel Walker were awarded a Collaborative Practice award for their project “Young, Informal and Sustainable: Devising Urban Strategies for Young Informal Land Occupations.” Assistant Professor Tsz Yan Ng, Lecturer Asa Peller, and Assistant Professor Wes McGee won an Honorable Mention (Faculty Design) for their project “Robotic Needle Felting.” Associate Professor McLain Clutter and Assistant Professor Cyrus Penarroyo also received an honorable mention in the Faculty Design category for their project “Image Matters.”
