Cynthia is an architect, practice leader, and Taubman alum who also has senior experience in development. She previously served as Senior Director of Major Gifts with the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Prior to Ross, Radecki worked for several years at the private sector firms of Lord, Aeck & Sargent Architecture and Albert Kahn Associates, Inc. Radecki received her Master of Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Architecture, and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. She was the first Intern Development Program Coordinator in the State of Michigan and the first woman to receive the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Michigan Young Architect of the Year in 1995. She also served for many years on the boards of AIA Detroit and AIA Michigan.
