Earl Bell

Earl provides strategic and operational leadership for the administrative functions of Taubman College. His portfolio of responsibilities includes oversight of business services, media center, facilities, and information technology. He previously served as the associate director of business operations for MHealthy Health and Wellbeing Services at U-M. Prior to MHealthy, Earl served in numerous capacities within U-M’s central financial administration over his 25 year career including Financial Operations, the Treasurer’s Office, the Office of Financial Analysis and Student Life. Earl earned his bachelor of administration in accounting & finance and master of business administration from Eastern Michigan University. He serves as vice chair for the Board of Directors for the University of Michigan Credit Union and is also a board member of CACUBO, the Central Administration of College and University Business Officers.
