Mikalia Dennis

Mikalia Dennis serves as Executive Workflow Manager at Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning. In this role, she manages the dean’s workflow, oversees cross-functional projects and processes, and advances strategic initiatives through coordination, communication, and systems thinking. Mikalia works closely with leadership and campus partners to ensure priorities move forward and that the dean is well-supported and prepared for high-level engagements.

Previously, Mikalia provided executive administrative support to the Associate Vice Provost for Equity & Inclusion and Deputy Chief Diversity Officer in the (former) Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (ODEI), where she supported the DEI Strategic Plan Unit on campuswide initiatives. She joined the University of Michigan in March 2020 as the DEI Administrative/Project Coordinator in the College of Literature, Science & the Arts.
