Intertwined Heat

The project develops an “intertwined” residential relationship. This relationship is closer than a regular neighborhood but creates more privacy than the kinship does. The project tries to reach the most comfortable balance. It finds the boundary between private and public space and redefines it, exploring its potential possibility. It converts the border to an area and adds activities there, making this area a gradient with various levels of closeness. The project found out what exists in the boundary between private and public space. There are public benefits such as sunlight, heat, views, and plants exist in this project. All units share those benefits, but each can also individually access them.
