Downtown Ann Arbor is a cultural hub, home to the public library, independent theaters, art galleries, unique shops, and diverse restaurants. Surrounded by the University of Michigan, it serves as a vibrant gathering place for students and the community. This project, located in the west side of downtown Ann Arbor, envisions an indoor extreme sports center with integrated theaters for visitors. Designed for year-round use, it aims to engage both extreme sports enthusiasts and the broader public.
