QuerBlock is a Community Land Trust (CLT) that offers safety for queer people through affordable housing and communal spaces while also combating discrimination from the housing market, the workplace, and the healthcare system. The design features residential spaces as well as resident-managed amenities that promote wellness and a sense of ownership through adaptable event spaces and queer community centers located on-site. Our affordable dwelling units offer unique opportunities for resident engagement, such as the communal kitchens, lounge, and shared roof area.
