Situated on the Lick Run Greenway water treatment project in the South Fairmount area, the water treatment plan required the demolition of two blocks of the neighborhood, forcing a large portion of the community to leave the area. This project aims to reconstruct the community of the South Fairmount area. The Lick Run Greenway Community Center features a double circulation design, separating Diet and Exercise programs with a “Water Tank” that merges both together, aiming to create a multifunctional complex for various activities.
