Meredith L. Miller is an architect and Associate Professor at the University of Michigan, Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning, where she joined as an A. Alfred Taubman Fellow in 2009-2010. Her research and practice links architecture’s materiality to global resources, climate change, and post-natural ecologies. Her essays have been published in Journal of Architectural EducationAvery Review, MONU, Scapegoat: Architecture, Landscape, and Political EconomyPidginThresholds, and ARPA Journal. With Thom Moran, she is developing Post Rock, a composite building material made from waste plastics and aggregates.

Meredith is a founding member of T+E+A+M, an award-winning architecture practice based in Ann Arbor. T+E+A+M’s design work has been featured at the 2017 Chicago Architecture Biennial, Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit, A+D Museum Los Angeles, and the 2016 Venice Architecture Biennale. T+E+A+M’s projects have appeared in Metropolis, Log, Architectural Record, and Architect’s Newspaper.

Miller received her M.Arch from Princeton University and a BS in architecture from the University of Virginia.
