Art & Architecture Building, Studio Reassembled (3rd Floor)

Throughout the Winter 2025 term, Studio Reassembled is hosting a lecture series centered on the themes of commoning, collectivity, and the future of work. Featuring guests from Taubman College, the series provides students with a chance to engage their faculty and gain deeper insights into their design practices and research.

In this lecture, Jose Sanchez (Plethora Project) discusses the framework for utilizing video game engines for developing architectural simulations. Sanchez’s research focuses on collaboration and participation that is enabled and mediated by software. This will be an opportunity to view new and ongoing research projects that are yet to be published and discuss the motivations behind their development.
