Art & Architecture Building, Studio Reassembled (3rd Floor)
Throughout the Winter 2025 term, Studio Reassembled is hosting a lecture series centered on the themes of commoning, collectivity, and the future of work. Featuring guests from Taubman College, the series provides students with a chance to engage their faculty and gain deeper insights into their design practices and research.
Presented by Adam Fure (T+E+A+M) and Heather Martin, this lecture will present two projects in progress where architecture and building are heavily coordinated to make design and construction services more affordable. From ground up construction to rehabilitation, the approach seeks to minimize dependence on professional trades while empowering homeowners and community groups to create wealth through sweat equity.
