Professor of Practice Mary-Ann Ray will speak at the Institute of East Asian Studies at the University of California, Berkeley February 6-7, 2009. The symposium is entitled “Opening the Gates: A Critical Appraisal of China’s Urban Development Practices.” Learn more here.
