Taubman College Architecture Professor Karl Daubmann will provide an architecture keynote at the Hatch Festival in Ashville, N.C., on April 16, 2010, on “Building Practice.” Daubmann, principal of PLY Architecture, will discuss how practice is a form of research. He will explore how PLY’s practice has evolved, and the role of construction and fabrication as means to explore the architect’s role.
The festival takes place from April 15-18, 2010.
