Lecturer Fure’s project Hover featured in Ann Arbor exhibit, Spatial Shift

Architecture Lecturer Adam Fure’s installation “Hover” will be on display at the exhibition titled Spatial Shifts, a multimedia exhibit in which 26 local, regional, and national artists and film makers celebrate sensorial options. “Hover,” a collaboration between Fure and composer Ashley Fure, is a study in perceptual thickness. Space, sound, light and matter are crafted as tangled strands of a multi-sensory knot. The exhibition will be on display from March 7 – May 15, 2012.

Spatial Shifts exhibit is part of Gallery Project, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide a venue for contemporary art that is culturally aware, individualistic, courageous, and thought provoking. It is located at 215 South Fourth Avenue in Ann Arbor, Michigan. To read more: thegalleryproject.com/
