Installation + Programming

Macrocosmi Gallery, Berlin Art Week

Collaboration with: Goro Tronsmo

This installation was a response to the functionalist character of the existing building. The grid of the windows, the extrusions on the ceiling, the circulation of the building… the space was reinterpreted as a set of altered domestic spaces that hold the following functions: office, bedroom, dining, meeting, art dealing and hanging out. A questioning of the familiarity of traditional domestic programs.

The installation served as a green room, bar, lecture hall and performance space for 1.5 while the site was waiting to be developed by new owners.
