The Kales building is a residential high-rise building designed by Albert Kahn and built in 1914 in Downtown Detroit. The project scope included the renovation of the Sales office, Gym and public spaces on the first floor and in the basement. The intention of the renovation was to reconnect the design of the public spaces to the history of the building but as well offer updated amenities for a younger demographic.
