Embracing the kitbash aesthetic, it features an open steel frame around prefabricated, cost-effective residential units. The northern plaza hosts market booths, workshops, and a flexible gathering space, allowing community-driven programming. Two stairways provide access to ten studio units, four two-bedroom units, and an ADA-accessible studio via a southern ramp. Customizable interiors include movable bookcases and countertops, while two-bed units offer a double-height space and garden level for natural light and contextual integration.
