In an effort to sustain the social, economic, and cultural traditions of agriculture in Michigan’s River Raisin community, a special purpose district will be established. Focused on stabilizing and speculating on the future of agriculture practices, this district aims to enrich energy efficiency and equity to the community through biomass energy systems and community-based internet infrastructures.
