Students Spring Break Externships: 20 cities
This year, 250 architecture undergraduate, graduate and urban planning graduate students spent a week taking advantage of the special volunteer externship called Spring Break Connections.
The externship experience allows students the opportunity to combine their academic studies with real-world experiences. Students build a network and are exposed to a variety of tasks that could range from making presentation models to visiting project sites.
Externship students are being hosted by more than 200 architecture firms and urban planning organizations in over 20 U.S. cities. Many former Michigan students who participated in the program are serving as hosts to current students.
Thank you to all of the 2018 hosts who will help illustrate the world of possibilities that await Taubman College students after graduation!
