Diffusion Embassies explores the emerging world of diffusion models such as Midjourney, DALL-E, and Stable Diffusion. Using these text-to-image models, we generated various ‘drawings’ to start guiding the design process of the project. These sections and plans resemble architectural drawings from afar; through our trained eyes, we recognize elements such as poché, spaces, partitions, and other architectural notations. However, looking closely, it is obvious that they neither make sense nor are functional.
