When tasked with designing a movie theater, I asked myself: In a world full of unending and unobstructed access to media, why can’t cinema do the opposite and instead be a sanctuary for the mind and dream? The act of dreaming is one of the oldest forms of creating and viewing cinema, turning the mind into a projection room. This project immerses one in their own cinema of dreams and asks the age-old question: Why do we dream and how can others view it?
