Social Hour is an inhabitable open peg board that offers a range of user-driven reformatting within designed boundaries. Two events formally inhabit Social Hour: Skateboarding Lessons and Karaoke Night. The surface curves up and down to create a range of spaces and enclosures for these events to occupy. The surface of Social Hour is zoned for electrical and water supply. The zones guide the placement of movable furniture (tables, chairs, speakers, microphones, lights, and shading devices) which are plugged into the surface.
