The east side has higher ground and faces the vibrant downtown area. To maintain the precedent’s quality and address site complexity, the movie theater design strategy includes: 1/Creating an urban courtyard. 2/Utilizing Colonnades for foot traffic. 3/Integrating a welcoming façade in all directions with a tower. 4/Using low volume to block railroad distractions. 5/Making accessibility with stairs and ramps.
